SciExcite has been granted the amazing opportunity to bring activities to the kids at Hopeprint in Syracuse, New York! Hopeprint's goal to empower resettled refugee neighborhoods and help them thrive with culture and community is truly inspiring, and we absolutely love working with the kids. They never fail to make us smile!
Some members of SciExcite, including Alena Zhang and Ashley Shayya, have been volunteering at Hopeprint for a couple years, and have absolutely fallen in love with the community it forms.
SciExcite was able to bring its first activity to Hopeprint last Monday, and it was an incredible success. We hope to be there weekly! We are so glad that after supporting Hopeprint for so long, that we will be able to give back to a truly wonderful organization.
